Perfectly situated high on the hillside, with a million dollar view, Hilltop House in Grand Lake is nestled on six acres. You will get the feeling that the only company you have are the birds and wildlife. But don’t let that fool you, the town of Grand Lake is only a quarter of a mile away.

Amenities include satellite TV, gas grill on the expansive deck, wood burning fireplace and washer/dryer. No Pets & No Smoking.
